For true beginners and those who have had a few classes in the past but need to refresh their skills and nurture their confidence.

What do I need to bring?
Just yourself. Everything you need will be provided at the studio. If you have a favourite apron or tools, please feel free to bring them along.

Terms & Conditions
The course schedule for each month is set in advance. By signing up to a particular month/rotation of classes, you commit to joining us in the studio on those dates and times. Please check the schedule above before you book to make sure you will be available.
If you sign up for a particular month but then realise that the schedule will no longer work for you, you may transfer to an alternative month provided you give me a minimum of 14 days advanced notice to allow me enough time to find another student to fill your spot.
If you are not able to attend one of the classes there is some flexibility to reschedule, please give me as much notice as possible (minimum 48 hours) so that I am able to find an arrangement which works for all of us. Unfortunately, if you need to miss a class but you don’t let me know at least 48 hours in advance (excluding true emergencies, of course), I will not be able to reschedule the class or to refund you for your missed class.
If only one person signs up for the Foundations Course on a particular month, I reserve the right to cancel the course. In case this happens, I will give you as much notice as I can of the course cancellation and the option to either transfer to another month/class or receive a full refund.
